Dr. Heinrich received her Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2003, and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 2007. Dr. Heinrich completed a rotating surgery and medicine internship at VCA Aurora/Berwyn in 2008 and started a dermatology residency that same year. She became board certified in dermatology in 2012.
Dr. Heinrich is credentialed in stem cell therapy. She has diagnosed and treated more than 6,000 dogs, cats, and horses with skin and ear diseases. She is a contributing author for two textbooks under publication: Clinical Small Animal Internal Medicine and Color Handbook of Skin Diseases of the Dog and Cat, 3rd ed.
Dr. McFadden joined the McKeever Dermatology team in 2014 to pursue a three-year dermatology residency training program. Prior to starting a residency, Dr. McFadden worked at a busy north metro small animal general practice for 9 years where she did everything from managing diabetic patients to tooth extractions. She achieved Diplomat status with the American College of Veterinary Dermatology in 2017.
Dr. McFadden has a BA from Luther College and a veterinary degree from the University of Minnesota. She is a member of the American Academy of Veterinary Dermatology as well as the state and national Veterinary Medical Associations. Dr. McFadden especially enjoys working with patients whose skin problems have significantly impacted their life or those of their families. When not in the office, Dr. McFadden enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, two big dogs, and one very pampered kitty.
